Cancellation Policy

Moonstone Healing Arts Online Booking Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and procedures: 1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of session time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund. No-call/no-shows will not be refunded. 2. Late Arrival Policy If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate the full session if my schedule allows, but it is not guaranteed. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect other appointments. 3. Health & Wellness Policy If you feel unwell (cold, flu, contagious illness), please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Clients arriving sick may be refused service and will be rescheduled instead of refunded. 4. Payment & Tipping Policy Online prepayment is required for all appointments. Tips are accepted in Cash, Venmo, or Zelle, but cannot be added to online payments. 5. Professional Boundaries Sessions are strictly Professional and Therapeutic. Any inappropriate or sexual behavior will result in immediate termination of the session. 6. Intuitive & Energetic Services Disclaimer Energy Work, Pendulum Dowsing, and Akashic Readings are intended for Spiritual Insight and Personal Empowerment. These services are not a substitute for Professional Medical, Legal, Financial, or Psychological Advice. No session is meant to predict or guarantee specific outcomes. 7. Massage services are therapeutic and offered for the purpose of general wellness, stress reduction, and relief of muscular tension. Massage Therapy is not a substitute for a medical examination, treatment, or diagnosis of illness or disease. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these policies.
